Ecological Lactation
Counseling
I believe human milk is a baby's human right. It is one of our first expressions of nourishment, connection, and belonging — a living relationship between mother and baby that deserves to be protected, supported, and honored.
My approach to lactation care is rooted in the belief that breastfeeding is not simply about feeding a baby. It is about nurturing the motherbaby dyad, honoring the innate wisdom of our bodies, and reconnecting with the deeply biological and sacred experience of nourishing our children.
Human milk is also an ecological gift. It is renewable, sustainable, requires no packaging, and reflects the remarkable intelligence of the human body and the living world. Supporting lactation is, in its own way, an act of care for our children, our communities, and the planet.
